Red lens soup

Tomatoes, red lenses, onion, cinnamon, garlic and umm… well, you can find the recipe (in Danish) here! -it was yummy.

I was sceptical about the cinnamon part at first, but it turned out to be just the right thing!

    Det ser virkelig lækkert ud. Hvordan passer kartoffelretten og fetaen ind med suppen? Eller er det en ekstraret?

    Thea: Fetaen (og persillen) dryssede vi oven på suppen for at give den noget salt, det fungerede! Kartrofler og squash var bare ekstra tilbehør, som vist egentlig ikke rigtig passe ind nogen steder :-)
